I'm a .NET developer working for StaffYourTeam company. We're located in New York (so I'm working not far from my hometown). Our main area of service is providing dedicated development team for hire. This is extremely useful for businesses that need some customized solution to be developed but can't/won't hire interal developers. On the one hand, it's pretty expensive. On the other, after the project is completed, whart are you going to do with the developers you hired internally?
