I was born in the mid seventies to young newlyweds in Cincinnati, Ohio. My life however, was far from perfect. My parents got an overdue divorce when I was five. From there I moved to the south and then back north. Growing up in abuse, neglect and poverty I found myself dealing with depression and PTSD from being raped. Adulthood it seemed would be no easier. Married and divorced by 22 and unjustly incarcerated, I lost my son. There is nothing harder than that. Yet, from all this something incredible happened!
