Marcus Rodham Perry was born on 28 September 1994 in São Luís, State of Maranhão, Brazil, to Australian immigrant parents. During his childhood, he traveled throughout South America, always reading fantasy tales and trying to write one since the age of 13. The War Within is his first book published internationally.
