My name is Donna Mae Smith, born Donna Mae Grigelis. As I write, I look over the lovely Southwestern Branch of the Severn River and realize I was lucky growing up a waterman's daughter here on Virginia's Mobjack Bay. I enjoyed a barefoot and bamboo fishing pole carrying youth.
After years of living away, I returned home. Here I have been happy with a career selling real estate while continuing to travel and enjoy family, gardening, wildlife, and writing.
