Cindy Hooper is a writer who hails from Tappahannock, Virginia. Her love affair with writing began when she was just seven years old when one of her poems was published in her hometown newspaper.

Cindy is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, where she earned a Master’s degree. She has worked in the field of Education for the past ten years.
