I was born in Moab, Utah, then I and her family moved to Glendive, Montana about the time I was three years of age. Even though I was born in Utah, both of my parents are from North Dakota. My mom, Jeanette, was born and raised in Tioga, North Dakota and my dad, John, was born and raised on a farm in Stoneview Township near McGregor, North Dakota. I have five siblings of which I am the youngest. Unfortunately my dad would lose his battle with cancer in October of 2001. I would also lose her mother earlier that year.
