Valdez V. Fisher, Jr., was born August 20, 1974, in Baltimore City, Maryland. From a small child, his love for written word was illustrated, as he often chose the writing of repetitive sentences as punishment for misbehavior. Unbeknownst to his mother, Rosalind, this was actually no punishment at all. Beginning at age five, Valdez has written hundreds of poems, letters, and essays, generally geared to uplift, or promote self-esteem. Aside from writing, he has a deep passion for children and the elderly.
