Since watching his first syndicated episode of Star
Trek in 1972, John Boekenoogen has been a fan of science fiction. During his sophomore year of high school, John spent the summer with his grandparents in California where he began to write short stories, this allowed John to experiment with characters and different settings. John was later encouraged by friends to write that “Great American Novel”.
Currently, John, his wife Laura, and son Jack live in Gainesville, Florida where they both work at
