I am the author of "Sherman Oak and the Magic Potato", and "The Santa Mysteries." Before 2004 I read mainly sci-fi. After reading the Hobbit, I became interested in fantasy tales. I soon devoured The Wizard of Oz, The Magician's Nephew, Harry Potter, The Gunslinger,and many others. Little did I know that reading fantasy could be so fun.
