John H. Glover was born on Oaks Plantation, Saint Helena Island, South Carolina. After graduation from Saint Helena High School in 1961, I enlisted in the United States Air Force and was honorable discharged in 1969. In 1989 after 20 years career in Information Technology Management, I decided to complete my undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley,Berkeley, California. I majored in African History with a minor in United States History.
