I was born and raised in Bergen, Norway and came to the United States in 1985. Currently, I am living in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with my husband, 2 children and 2 cats.
As far back as I can remember, I was always interested in psychology. Even as a child, I was often questioning what was happening in people’s relationships, and I had a sincere desire to understand why relationships seemed to be so difficult for so many people.
