I am also desirous of encouraging my readers to enter into the book with me, and live there. The things I care about show up in my books. I love nature, herbs, natural beauty, rocks, water, trees, mountains, and flowers. I admire the manner in which the earth provides for every need of mankind. My characters interact deeply with these things. Music is a mainstay of life, it is no coincidence that several of my characters love to sing.
