Morris Howard was born in the Caribbean island of Barbados. He had the burning desire to become a full time author and artist but could not give up his day job. During the 1964 New York World Fair, he got an assignment from the Barbados Advocate which started his literary career. Today, he continues to practice his literary art as a freelance writer and has published his first novel Hot Pursuit. In addition, Mr. Howard has written articles for newspapers and magazines.
