It's time to move a mountain...
It's sitting in my heart
Its tall and strong and granite like
It's heavy on that blind part
Its knowing that it won't budge
No matter what I do
It's more than I can understand
The part of me that's loving you.
I curse myself.... I shake my head
I discombobulate ...it's true
I'm fighting to redeem my heart
This beat that says "I'm loving you".
I'm used to having things my way
And now my thoughts escape
To places that I haven't known
Have I time, is it too late ?
I love this feeling except this part
You've gone away...it's true
My yearning now is all I have
It weights my heart from loving you.

I can't figure out if you are happy with the weight of this great love or infuriated because you still love this mountebank. However, and whatever it is, I have confidence that you will work it out. Good poem.

Such a poem of longing, a poem which portrays the emptiness of not having or hold. The emotions run deep in this fine piece Susan...as always, most excellently done.

Love this. Time definitely can't control our love or feelings. Very well written piece.
