People, like seasons, change.

stroke the essence of time with your eyes as dark foliage witnesses the transparent blyss of ivy knowledge;
swirl the crystal solution of experience around your mouth, coat your indigo throat with the suckling streams of summer,
cling fast to this succulence like a vineyard of grapes asking to be plucked
swallow the cluster whole. . .
bounce autumn in your belly like amber notes of the larks echoing in the valley's humid air,
absorb the pink juices as they heal you of your latent spring fever,
cup your restless palms dipping down into the life-giving falls of the ages,
rub the tips of your tendrils over moss adorn'd stones,
taste icy beads of moisture from the birthplace of your season's end.
