powerful statements, but i don't think the president's totally at fault...the stressed out teachers can't teach when they are having to babysit the children, they can't teach when many of the children cannot speak english, they can't teach against impossible odds of more and more paperwork and laws working against them. he's not helping, but he's not totally at fault
anyway, thank you for sharing your thoughts. well written and presented. (now the dang song's stuck in my head!! LOL)
