G'head. . . name that spouse

Poem Artwork

don’t y’all recall the day

Lucy babaloo’d Desi,

Tina stilletto’d Ike,

Loraina whack’d da’ Bobbitt?

. . . and  take your mind back then when

Robin TKO’d Mike,
Jessica exorcised Jim
and Lonnie cannonball'd Burt?

. . .now reflect for  a sec as to when

Delilah dropkick'd Sampson,

Lady Anne flipp'd Sir Ellen’s script,

Liz fleeced the eight wonders of her world

and a sheila named Nicole

bombed a bloke we know as Tom?

in the midst of all of this,

never ever be remiss

that cash cannot make a sequel

out of Hollywood love

Cash can make a sequel out of anything!

Cynth'ya,
Glamour and glitz, Money and more,,and more money. Behind those Hollywood lights, is a red carpet walk of shame most of the time. They each and everyone of them, allow their lives to be tossed around like ping-pong balls, just waiting to be missed by the camera lens just once.
I like your writes, Cynth'ya, they are as close to realism, as one can get. They have the 'in your face' structure and tone, and that for me, is the reaction of action.
Great job!

Lisa
