ever scratch your head
and ask yourself the question
as to why some human somethings
act complete out of their id?

contrary to logic?

lost in space and
possess the mental prowess
of a can of surplus peanut butter?

and still have the nerve to
steal then say they have

having a right to ownership?
claiming to be in their right mind?
waiting for the right time to decide
what they had no stinkin' inklin'
of doin' in the beginnin'?

then they look you
direct in the eye socket,
and give you the cow-eyed,
tongue tied excuse that they
wish they'd known all the facts
beforehand and therefore have the right
to be labled as confused?

well y'all, i beg to differ. . .

the sun has no favored place to shine,
it just does. . .

the moon has no special time to glow,
it just does. . .

the ocean has no contempt to flow,
it just does. . . like the wind that blows
west to east. . .and like lava encrusts the earth
as it cools. . . and none of those things
even have a brain. . .

so take a lesson from nature. . .
either do the right thing,
without question or doubt,
or slide on the belly
of your grease-monkey lies
through the one way door of
of a fool's paradise. . .

oh, by the way. . .
on your way out to
never never amounted to
anything more than nonsense-land,
don't forget
to put out your light since we
will recycle your absence of forethought
on the grounds that you never used
what little you think you may have had.
