a lotion, a potion
for a bushel and a peck,
these pyramids and ponzi schemes
grab people by the neck

but what if, just what if
tired  people screech'd "ENOUGH!
with all the things we trust'd in
we're network'd sore-n-rough"

but Harvard, and Princeton
and Wharton's Biz of Thought
say to us it's not the networks
but the people gone to rot

the greedy, the needy
the one's who careth not
will never gain the trust of us
who've bought and sold and fought

keep dreaming, not scheming
the networks aren't at fault
check the heart of business founders
where no misdeeds have been wrought

love people, not money
the rest will follow through
if your heart is right and decent
then your dreams will follow you.

 Author's note: I miss you all so much, not being able to read and comment as I'd like. However if upon viewing the screencast below, the majority of you will understand how critical it is that I be in a position of service to those that I and my husband feel God has placed in our pathway. We can't serve when we have nothing to give.

And it is my personal belief that God gave us YTB Travel. We fought it for a full 4 weeks, and in the end, when we really sat down and looked at it for what it truly was founded upon, WE found it was the answer we'd been looking and praying for.

Now we've been led, literally led to others in casual conversation who wonder why we are so at ease in our appearance and manner, not worrying and talking about all the negatives in life.

Well, it's because we finally found some positive people who mean what they say and say what they mean. And because of this, I'll be able to travel to speak, to self-publish with my own ISBN numbers and production company within the next year while making it affordable for me to share my writing, stories and experience in struggles with others in show I wish to call "A Moment with a Sassy Midlife Color'd Chic!" This time, the dream IS coming true . And I thank you for your patience.

So don't y'all ever stop your quest to grab hold of your dream just because someone else doesn't have the vision to see it. Family sometimes will be your biggest obstacle. But love them anyway. Just keep your distance while working on your goal, then be accepting of them even if they don't accept you. Remember, God is watching.
