they are doing theirs
in order for us to do ours

they are leading the fight
that we may teach all what is right

they are braving the fire
so we all pursue our desire

they are in harm's way for us
and for them in our God WE MUST TRUST!

Happy Holidays to all of our Troops, their Families, and to those who left so young yet paid so much for us to travel the world and experience life so freely!

Poet's Note: The Word of God says in Psalm 23 (paraphase) that the Lord, our Shepherd, prepares a table before in IN THE MIDST of our enemies. Do not allow the fear of travel to keep you from seeing your loved ones, or experiencing the world of beauty that Christ MY Savior created in the beginning. This is a belief that may or may not be shared by others, yet as long as we all have the freedom to love each other IN SPITE OF ALL OF OUR DIFFERENCES, then we owe it to our men and women who are dying and maimed and traumatized as each character of this poem and poet's note is written to do what we can to freely explore this planet. Who needs a space station when we all should explore the space we have here on Earth in hopes of being a blessing to those whom we meet as we travel the four corners. There is terrorism, and there is fear. There is also a God mightier than all of the ugliness that the terrorists can muster.

So, brothers, sisters, friends: In times of turmoil, if you like to travel, think about what's happening overseas so that we can travel safely. And if you cannot afford to travel, consider this ability to travel so affordably that has been shared with our family as a sort of a "sharing" ministry or service. 

To minister literally means. . . "to serve." And it would be my pleasure to share with others how to travel the world for pennies on the dollar, take those savings, use them for a good cause for your family and/or the community. Why thoughtlessly throw money that God has blessed us with for being a blessing to others, as well as providing those things in our lives that allow us to CONTINUE to serve others as writers, as spoken word professionals, and as friends to all environmental and human life? 
God bless all the lives of those whose eyes, I pray, will see "The Glory."
