Once again, our ballot is filled with the self-serving, unable to be trusted, names of politicians and I am staring down the pipe at choosing the lesser of the evils. Why must it be so, that I must choose an evil? I think I will vote for the Libertarian - backed Candidate, though I know he is fighting a battle that he can never win, so did Gandhi; and a vote for what I believe in, which is the preservation of my Constitution and Bill Of Rights as well as a government "of, by and for the people" is being true to myself instead of buying into all the political hype and lies once again. The important thing is to vote and also to understand “all” of the issues for which the candidate stands. So many simply vote a party line and never really understand what that party’s charter says or what that candidate is truly committed to. Thanks for reminding us of our civic responsibility and that the future of our Country rests upon our shoulders.
