blackzone rules
shop 'til you pop...
pay no attention
to your gut that says STOP!

blackzone howls
for the goods that never sell
are the ones that never satisfy
that make your debt pool swell

so what now is the problem
losing sleep for season's gain
with your guilt incited shopping
that is not in Jesus' name

some of us live simply
giving thanks for this and that,
while greed makes millions salivate
as credit gets knock'd flat

Ain't it the truth, Cynth'ya, the retailer's pockets are the only one getting filled. Hell*Mart...yeah. Don't even get OUT in that mess. People are r u d e - they'll pick your shopping cart clean, grab stuff right out of your hands! Couple years ago, Karen and I watched two people fighting over a TV, they wound up dropping it - broke it. If I'd a been the manager, I woulda charged both of them!

Now Karen and I will be going to Wal*Mart sometime today, later on in the afternoon, only for groceries. All we can afford! LOL But I'm grateful.

Need to get back to the REAL Reason for the Seaon. And it ain't greed! EXCELLENT (shattering) write.

I used to enjoy going to the stores after Thanksgiving, but now I don't. Can't even afford Christmas for my twin sister; what makes you think I can buy for other people?? They don't think of us poor folks; all it does is depress me! It's all about money, or who can get the biggest, most expensive gift, or the IN thing of the season! Greedy?? You bet!! Grinchy?? YES. I don't like how people act around the holidays; they need to get back to the REAL reason of the Season: the Birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ! Maybe then people'd be a lot nicer instead of acting like a bunch of whiny grinches!!
