once upon a time
there was this ol' school swoon tune

"love lines angles...and rhymes"

and when i heard its siren call
it remind'd me of another tune by Marvin...

"baby u sho love 2ball"

and then that's when Lady Diana
slipp'd her voice down my middle ear
beggin' me to tell you

STOP in the name of love...

then came back those line that were lies
those angles that once entangled me
and the rhythms and the rhymes
no longer made ANY sense2me

so I extinguish'd my ...ah..cigarette
after one hot final fantasy drag on my mind
slipp'd my mind out of the once upon a time darkness
squint'd my vision that once was blinded from the mere
sight of you,  and said 2myself....

"why the hell did i allow u2etch your sketch on me?"
