A GIRL LIKE MINE
She’d never be with a man
that she didn’t choose.
And there’s no way he’d ever be cursed
with too many honey do’s.
When a girl the likes mine
has a guy she really misses,
there’s no way he could ever
give her too many kisses.
He could never too often
compliment her jugs.
And, there’s no way he could ever
give her too many hugs
He couldn’t tell her too often
she has lots of class.
Nor, could he too often tell her
she has a really great ass.
She’d never have too much jewelry
and never too many flowers.
Even if they lived
in the fabled ivory tower.
She couldn’t have too many closets
and never too many clothes.
Never could she be taken to
too many picture shows.
She could never have too much house,
never too much yard
and never could he send her
too many loving cards.
She’ll never have too much money
and never too many rings.
There’s no way she could ever have
too many of the nicer things.
She could never have too much chocolate,
never too many shoes.
And, no way she could ever hear
too many I love you’s.
