Laying on a blanket you and I under the trees feeling the warm summer breeze as you feel glee.

Talking and laughing as you place your arms around me.

When the sun goes down he whispers in your ear, “How’d you like to fool around?

I smile from ear to ear and say without delay,”Thought you’d never ask” as we both smile brightly as the moon now shines upon us.

Softly you touch my face, as I feel faint and can hardly wait for an incredible kiss.

Under the moonlight as the stars shine bright above as I feel so loved and know you are the only one truly sent from above.

Enjoying the summer night in such delight as I eagerly await for you to kiss me please and do not tease.

Suddenly your moist lips meet mine as tongues twine and this feeling is so fine.

Soon though we run out of time as the children all come running in between saying,“Can we have Ice cream please!

Then I hear, “Next time a babysitter dear” as the children laugh saying, “Very funny dad”.


I smile and say, “Sounds very romantic honey just a picnic for you and me and not in our backyard the park please!”

However you and I did have a magical moment in time even though time ran out as we sure don’t mind and enjoyed the Ice cream after a wonderful dream.
