I love to write poetic stories. Sometimes I have idea, but run out of steam....this is a little something, I need to go back to.......I have a plot! Muuhaahaaaa...........Pax A

Vampire
Pt1
I Will Swallow Till Your Dead

I will never see the sunrise
Nor walk barefoot in the dew
With the moon as silent mother
I'm her child, gone askew

I've no want for carnal pleasures
Yet I ache for human touch
For their blood, I drain the living
I'm the tyrant on the crutch

I can fly with birds of midnight
I'm the bat with human eyes
I'm as silent as a second
I will take you by suprise

With delicious penetration
I will dagger human skin
Your vein will be my sunlight
As you die, I will begin

I will suck you like a lover
Never f***ed you on the bed
I will lick you.....till your dry
I will swallow, until your dead

Slurp!

Vampire
Pt 2

Soul Survivor

She was starving, she was poor
Made her living on the street
She stole from stands and pockets
Then ran on guilty feet

Once she had a home
A family full of love
When sickness claimed them all
Now they see her from above

She was the soul survivor
She felt her health a curse
Evicted to the streets
Swindled of her worth

She slept by day, she slept by night
She never cared, nor planned
Stayed in shadows, hiding
As grime became her tan

Some nights she felt a presence
Behind her shoulder blades
On turning she'd find shadows
And yet the feeling stayed

One night she was harressed
Pushed and tossed around
By a gang of thugs
Then pressed against the ground

Before the worse could happen
Her captors screamed in pain
She saw a ghostly figure
Suckle at their veins

This is a living nightmare
I've finally gone insane
I've cracked, I'm mad, I'm terrorized
I'm broken by the strain

She fainted from the vision
Later to awake
Beside a crackling fire
On pillows softly shaped

Vampire
Pt 3

To Pay For Sins Akin

He saw the glint of evil
And lust within their eyes
His deadened heart was curious
Much to his suprise

Followed in the shadows
His lust for blood at rest
He was the hunter satisified
Full to now digest

I'll leave these mortals to their play
I've no use for their vein
Yet something made him curious
And on their path remained

He saw them jump a figure
A frail and filthied mess
Heard her cry in madness
Felt her heart's distress

Hyprocrite and jury
Avenger on the winds
Killing with a fury
To pay for sins.....akin

Vampire
Pt 4
 The Watching Trees

He had seen this one before
He knew her scent and pace
Her hollow eyes were haunting
He choked within her space

He felt repelled, yet drawn to her
This human so neglected
A mortal had an auroa
Of one who was protected

I am not accountable
For this girl's miseries
But lifted her and flew towards home
Above the watching trees

 Vampire
Pt 5
The Devil Owns This Soul

He laid her in a dusty bed
Plumped the pillows by her head
Made a fire, set a meal
In his coffin, dreampt surreal

Drifting in and out of fog
Condemmed to deju vu
He drempt he saw her eyes before
Of a greenish blue

When she wakes I'll give her money
Send her on her way
I weakened on the moment
Here she must not stay

I have walked this earth forever
No memories do I hold
I've vansihed need for kinship
The devil owns this soul

 Vampire
Pt 6
With A Warm Embrace

He watched until she woke up
Controlled his thrist for gore
Spoke to her from shadows
With hunger at full roar

Rest until you're stronger
Then take this gold and flee
Forget this place, and my face
You're not in custody

Because he did not meet her eyes
He took her silence for the wise
His guard was down, and soon he found
That she was deaf and dumb to sound

She touched him on the shoulder
To better see his face
Read his lips then thanked him
With a warm.....embrace

 Vampire
Pt 7
Left Her Deaf Alive

He fought the urge the drink
This living, human blood
He floated on her warmth
Confusion was a flood

Her speech was almost perfect
Yet sounded strange in style
Not quite as the woman
But more of a child

Her hearing gone from illness
When she was only five
Sickness took her family
And left her deaf.....alive

All her memories clouded
She lived from day to day
Looking deep within his eyes
She fainted dead away

 Vampire
Pt 8
He Held Her Tiny Hand

He panicked as he hungered
Controlled his appetite
Laid her down upon the bed
For just a little bite

She will not remember
Her blood.....a small exchange
He tried to reason with himself
With hunger now derranged

She is young, she will survive
I swear she'll leave my home....alive
And as he lowered down to bite
A glint of silver, caught the light

An oval locket round her neck
Stirred his memories
He opened it, and cursed his sight
He wished he did not see

For staring right there back at him
He saw himself as man
Along with wife and child
He held a tiny hand

 Vampire
Pt 9
Madness On The Swell

He had left his family
Shamed by blood and greed
The thirst to live as god-like
Became his only creed

How many generations
Had he stalked the nights
For here was his granddaughter
And his chance to make things.....right

A punishment from heaven
As demons laughed from hell
He was crushed between the two
With madness on the swell

 Vampire
Pt 10
And So His Tale Begins

She woke upon the midnight
Her heart now filled with fear
And yet she found a comfort
To find a loved one near

She asked where are the others
Who comfort me in dreams
Grandfather where's grandmother
She asked with hope agleam

He had a hundred things to say
And yet he froze as stone
Terrified of sharing
A life left unatoned

This child thinks she's dreaming
I wish that I were too
What am I to tell her
Should my words ring true

With trusting eyes, devoid of guise
She smiled up towards him
Although quite dead, he took a breath
And so his tale begins.....

A dark, tragic, restless, soul made desolate of all that once sustained him - love. Yes indeed there is a libretto rather than a play here. It would be interesting to learn of the vampire's origin. How he became a bat with human eyes and had internalised the knowledge to 'fuck' yet preferred to derive an orgasm through bloodlust. In the end he recoiled from a tiny little hand that wielded the hammer of momentary awakening into an otherwise tortured mind. Tragic, very tragic. Yet hope for both him and the child is alluded to in the last section. An ending for us readers to fill in for ourselves perhaps?

Cheerie!!

I can imagine that writing this was a bloody (Oops) brain drain. It's so good Anita. I am always so impressed with where your imaginative mind takes you.

Oodles of Kudos ...

You are just sooooooooo good at these Serials, Anita. Have been longing for you to revisit your former ones... you create such tension and interleaving. Go with your gut feel and flag it up with any passing contact of a contact of a theatrical body you know. A new Phantom in the making... LOL Kreepy Kate xx

I love dark haunting writes, and this is a very good one!

I can see it as a play, too, but I can also see it as an epic battle between The Ancient Vampire Queen, and a very Determined Ogre, who has vowed to fight these vampires to the death!

Anita

A brilliant tour de force that had me captivated from start to finish..

You should make this into a script...it has an obvious and compelling flow to it, that could be added on to with ease and dexterity ..

It also reminded me of one of my favorite martial arts films.." The Legend of the Seven Golden Vampires "...
