Please come meet me in the garden
Promise me you won’t be late
I’ll be waiting ‘neath the moonlight
Standing here, inside the gate
If you come, we will uncover
The beauty that lies in store
In a moment like none other
When we will be joined once more.

Please come meet me in the garden
As the roses softly gleam
Then, together, we will frolic
In a mesmerizing dream
We will chase the evening shadows
Thinking only for today
While we cling to every second
As each quickly fades away.

Please come meet me in the garden
Like we did when we were young
We can recall times forgotten
And the songs we’ve left unsung
The future remains uncertain
Yet, I know we will get by
Though, upon the wings of angels
I have traveled to the sky.

Please come meet me in the garden
Promise me you won’t be late
I’ll be waiting ‘neath the moonlight
Standing here, inside the Gate
If you come, we will uncover
The beauty that lies in store
In a moment like none other –
When we will be joined once more.

Touching Jill, tears-seeing the muses's heart as visual of Mary in the Bible when heard her name; goose-bumps! Wow, Jill! This is worth reading over and over again...the depth, length, width is deep!
Thank You!
