From the north to the south and shore to shore
The hour has arrived for you and for me,
To gather for food and fireworks galore
In honor of our nation's liberty.

We will travel on this Fourth holiday 
Across our country, unified and free,
While thinking of those who have paved the way
Assuring our freedom will always be.

Our forefathers' hope established our rights
Each right guides us in everything we do,
Bravely, for this purpose, each solider fights
Defending the red, the white and the blue.

So, upon our freedom, we can rely
Every year, on the fourth day of July.
