Good luck charms come in many sizes
Sometimes, leading to great surprises
When moments once deemed far from view
Somehow, find a way to be true
Rabbit’s feet grant the soul assurance
And bless the heart with some endurance
Should luck rest, ages away
So far from where one is today
Good luck charms help the heart grow fonder
They give us many things to ponder
Sometimes, they’re silly, strange, or rare
And yet, our minds still need them there
Their very presence in our lives
Affords us hope ‘til fate arrives
They offer no malice or harm
Much joy rests in each good luck charm
Some people use a four leaf clover
Some rub the head of dear old Rover
Some may use a new dime or penny
Of good luck charms: there sure are many
But, when good fortune comes to mind
I've no doubt we are sure to find
The destiny we long to know
Within the ones we cherish so

BTW -- I hope that you are feeling better.

Don't believe there is luck. There are chances we have to take or not - will we win? Don't know unless we try. Still, everytime I see a bald man, want to rub his head. LOL An excellent write, well done.
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
