The old man sat at table bare
Running his hand through thinning hair
Remembering a girl he had
When he was  a young foolish cad

He'd not thought of her for so long
She'd loved him so he'd done her wrong
He shook his head wondering why
Thoughts of her came then gave a sigh

The sun went down the moon arose
The old man tired began to doze
Still sitting he began to dream
Of that same girl with skin like cream

As he dreamt on it seemed the room
Became filled with a sweet perfume
Then everything began to spin
When she appeared in front of him

He felt her staring in his eyes
A stare which seemed to hypnotize
Looking as young as she did when
He last remembered her back then

Dressed in black lace with ruby lips
Beckoning him with fingertips
She pressed her body against his
Then placed upon his lips a kiss

He felt himself now wanting more
Pulling her down onto the floor
Feeling an old desire and pangs
He never felt her sinking fangs

It's said the old man moved away
And that a young man's come to stay
Who waits for the sun to go down
Before he makes his way to town
