For Some there is only one!(;

~*~

Must I wait til the magnolia's bloom
Before you come  to my bedroom
Ahhh sweet misery causes such gloom
I must get out of bed and get a broom

I'll sweep away the lonliness and pain
It  seems like you'll never come again
Clouds appear and gently falls the rain
My tears join in the musical refrain

My misty eyes recall your countenance
How dear to me thoughts of our romance
Since we met you are my only sustenance
To keep you I must  learn to trust to chance

Remembering how your lips played over mine
Your hands causing  my body thrills divine
Your maleness overpowering so sublime
Like a mythical god from a poets rhyme

Many times the magnolia's have been in bloom
Years now, since you've been in my bedroom
I've grown accustomed to loneliness  and  pain
Yet, my memories refresh me like spring rain

You reviewed something I wrote today and I clicked onto your site and here comes all of this beautiful music!!! I had no idea that could be done as one reads your poetry! How beautiful and oh, how so ironic!!! Although I am so busy with my Daughter and her school, my heart keeps going to this one person from the past and thinking of him, fantasizing about him and here it is: a poem that fits how I feel. Thank you so very much, Eileen!!! God bless and love from Meredith

Very beautiful, Eileen. A sip of ice water with lemon for the mind, I think.

Say, is it just me or do you change your photo every so often? :)

You touch so deeply.
Beautiful feelings expressed to reach the heart.
May love find you, and it will be home.

The heart yearns when spring comes. Our passion is of the forest creatures and our thirst becomes extreme. You're not alone.
