Poem Artwork

The enchanting twilight is here
My heart signals its mate
I await your  loving touch dear
Don't let my fire abate

The lovely sounds of Debussy
Reverie fills the air
Romantic dreams of ecstasy
In which you do appear

You speak to me with velvet tongue
My senses rush apace
Your lips choose paths to play among
Exquisite their embrace

When we're entwined in symmetry
Heaven is close at hand
Somewhere there must be poetry
To rhyme with love so grand

A fine tuned instrument are you
Always in right tempo
Your every touch is tried and true
For a perfect crescendo
