Poem Artwork

As the sun sets my dear~watch it go
you'll see me  in its afterglow~and
as the twilight fades before the moon
appears~i'll be in the shadows~

When the moon pulls at the oceans tides~
I'll be right by your side~ for I am your
darkness and your light~i'm with you
both day and night~

Whenever you see the dawn arise~know
that I am in your eyes~ and as the day
proceeds~ know i'm there to meet your
needs~to follow wherever your heart
leads

My love surrounds you wherever you are~
like an invisible curtain of stars~and when
you enter into your dreams, I'll join you
there with my best  scenes~to make sure
our souls unite~in glorious scenarios all
through  the night~

etw~

Such a poetical, thrusting and desirous poem, Eileen. Co-opting nature to make your words of love complete is done magnificently. Enthralling is the word that comes to mind.

The Heart's Way by Rebecca McKeehan

Love is universal and not limited to the most perfect among us. In this collection of romantic short stories and poetry, love comes to those who are decidedly imperfect, who possess very real human flaws, scars, and challenges. Awaiting us as we are.
