Poem Artwork

Sown In Love

Infertile - barren scorch-patched earth

Rock face aged, casket edge - headstones

What was stillborn, will never be seed

Yet, she took boulders - onto gravel

Pebbles pounded to submissive grains.

Shifted over time, ground bee Sown Love

Tilled soil, dew awaits, its future - Spring shower

Composted in afar reach, fertilizers ingredients

Where finally, fertile seeds - germinate planted

Gardner composing lush ground - Sown In Love
