Sleep With Me
By La Belle Rouge

two emerald jewels dazzled
his senses, conjured his fantasies
she was generous curves
enveloped in alabaster flesh
round hips shimming in time
with the dumbek and rebaba
tinkle of her brass sagats joining
the celebration of sensuality
clothed in beaded purple bedleh
full ivory mounds half exposed
gyrating bare middle drew his gaze
he yearned to sip honey wine
from the petite goblet in her belly

red waves of burgundy silk
fell soft below bare shoulders
candle glow brought to life
highlights of red fire to wink at him
from beneath her sheer violet veil
was she his damnation or salvation?
seductively she danced closer
until he could inhale her perfume
then with warm cinnamon breath
she wickedly whispered in his ear
“Sleep with me tonight Habibi,”
as she danced naked though his dreams

LaBelle,
This is quite the invitation! "...to sip honey wine from the petite goblet in her belly" is much more inviting than from a slipper...and great choices of vocabulary: dumbek, rebaba, bedleh and of course Habibi. You are wickedly beautiful, Belle.
