It was another boring morning
cleaning up others messes.
She envied those fortunate
enough to travel in Winter.
It was all work for her and
no time for romantic trips.
Her man worked just as hard.
His flare for romance was lost.
She wondered if any couples
still enjoyed being together.
Was romance dead everywhere?
She picked up the wet towels
and stripped the king size bed.
Through the thin wall she heard
a soft sigh from the next room
building in intensity until it became
a plea of “Don't stop, don't stop”
followed by a scream of ecstasy.
She put her ear to the wall and
heard a feminine voice moaning
with pleasure and a deep masculine
one offering intimate endearments.
She smiled and sighed deeply
as she felt her pulse quicken
and her breasts swell beneath
her tight blouse, as she listened
until all was quiet at long last.
She threw the wet towels into
a cart in the hall as a handsome
older man emerged from the room
where she heard all the fireworks,
Smiling, offering a “Good Morning”
a pleasant nod of his graying head.
She coyly smiled back at him as she
cupped her hand behind her ear,
a gesture implying she had heard.
He caught her drift and smiled back.
She waited to see if all the noise
came from a young, forbidden girl
and was gratified to see a classy lady,
not much younger than her lover,
emerge from the room with a smile.
Tonight the hungry, young maid would
surprise her man with her hot passion.
Eavesdropping made the maid's day.
Maids sometimes are exposed to the romantic interludes of passionate lovers. Those older lovers are experienced in the nuances of exciting passion. Ring a ding ding!

A very classy tale and one that repeats itself in real life every single day.
