Nothing compares to touching you, my Love

Poem Artwork

Darkness surrounds me
In the coldness of the pre dawn
The sound of my heart is deafening!
My shallow breathing intrudes
my dreams as I reach out to touch you

my fingers find you there
my eyes open
searching for a glimpse of your silhouette
in the shadows and grey light of early morning

Lightly, I began to run my hand down your side
I feel your body respond …your breathing becomes shallow
My hand lingers and you moan

You turn to me, your lips find
The secret place on my neck
That only you can
I press against you, my body telling you ..yes

We are entwined in passion beyond description
Hearts beating together
Breathing as only lovers do
The sweetness of your lips
Like a nectar from heaven
The taste of you filling me
With wanton desire

As the morning sun chases away the shadows
Our passion intensifies to fever pitch
Nothing can stop what has to be
As the light invades every corner with white brightness
We explode into the heights passion
We lie there neither of us able to speak
Your arms embrace me
And once again we are one

Description of love in its finest hour. The give and take of the physical is complimentary to the spiritual love for one another.
