The Columbine Scene
How many times I’ve heard, “Why did God let this happen to us?”
Many times in a tragedy like Columbine and other things so unjust.
They called out God’s name and blamed him for the wrongs.
But the fact of the matter is the blame is on us, it’s where it belongs.
We let one woman take God out of schools,
Where children used to learn about subjects and the golden rule.
God and the Bible were tossed out like old junk.
Then we wonder why this world’s morals all sunk.
God came to me one night as I dreamed.
Regarding the children on the Columbine scene.
He said, “I felt my children’s pain and watched them die.”
“Because I was locked out of your schools, and had to stand by.”
“Don’t you think that I wanted to go in?”
“To help my children from that awful sin.”
“But the only thing I could do was be there to take them home.”
“And let them know I loved them, and they were not alone.”
