1/28/18 – Sometimes ya just have-to blow off steam. So, accept this vent, for as citizens, we’re supposed to defend democracy. Sorry, media, but I’m just a citizen who’s paid-my-dues-and-expect-some-intellegence-for-putting-up-with-this-blatant-transparency-every-day-BS. For my money, there are MANY in congress, both democratic (and that other party) who should be put out to pasture without a F*&ckin’ shred of hay for their sorry-ass mouths to nosh on. There’s that other guy, too.

Shame on you, oh greedy ones.
While DACA families grieve
A nation's populace demands some compassion
In place of your kissing up to what?
A politically toxic power-mongering-get-yourself re-elected wall ransom?
Having granted tax benefits to your cronies' greed,
Most likely friends and fellow scum bags,
And unlike the skins of another color suffering through
Your posturing democracy’s body of leadership,
You line up behind the cowardly outlier of all outliers…
Remind me again… oh, yeah. That guy.
But tell us…
What justifies YOUR amoral conscience?
Yes, you fear mongering thieves
Are both an embarrassment to this country
And a smear on the sentient consciousness of the species.
Oh, how you fear the wrath of… oh, yeah, that guy again.
So?
You all want to remain in good standing with that "ignorance and blatant lie" slipstream?
Then get the f&^%$$#kin' hell out of our Legislative system.
You are what many would consider the fodder
For an International Terrorist organization's mission.
And you call yourselves this country’s governing body.

It seems to be the nature of politicians to protect their own asses regardless of the nature of the issue they are facing. We need to tell it like it is in our cards and letters to them, and make sure that we vote them out for their transgressions.
Incidentally, I received a thing called the Trump plan (draining the swamp) yesterday in the mail that parallels your rant. When I forwarded it to a conservative friend, he wrote back that he couldn't believe that it came from me. There are some things that we can all agree on.
The word, blackmail, caught my eye and made me think of the huge backlash that is coming. I see an endless stream of accusations of sexual assault coming out, some resulting in convictions followed by civil suits extorting huge amounts of money from wealthy. It's about time.
