Enigmatic Tomorrow

 

 

Looking at one’s many yesterdays


Enigmatic tomorrow is anxious…

 

Questions without answers
Memories not yet born
Answers to be earned

Tonight‘s nocturnal walk through tomorrow portends…


Why mind/spirit protects in the darkness of anticipation
Why sleeping rainbows not yet seen prepare their palettes
Why the light quietly waits to dawn the unknown

Tomorrow I will journey Back through tonight’s maze…

 

Knowing to do so is to remember
The air that carried your smile's sweet fragrance
The dance of loving translucent thought and feeling upon your lips
The kindness that protected me from the many yesterdays

Will once again graciously prepare my tomorrow

The path forwarded is ever-changing and one hopes, in the right direction. It is unfortunate that the misdirection of the past is often altered or sugarcoated by seemingly well-meaning monitors who do not want the people to know what really happened.

I am spending a good deal of my time recently watching people uncover ancient mold crusted history to discover what really happened. To better understand where we should be going.

Everything is so beautifully described here in this poem with some very memorable lines, particularly the three lines that begin with "Why". Excellent. This is one of your better efforts.
