Imagine this.... Most of mankind are dead and gone and a lone figure stands on hard white ground, his mouth is wide open as a blood curdling scream fills the air, eyes are out on stalks as the mere mortal observes the 10 foot tall alien that has gently pushed its's way through man-made material. Fear fills his limited mind as he struggle's to understand the sight before him.... an unknown species from another planet. Another piercing scream fills the air as the creature remains swaying on the spot, the boy yearns to run, but fear holds him to the spot, suddenly his prayers are answered by the arrival of a wrinkled old soul that has stood the great test of time and owns more wrinkles than a dried prune. A look of amusement dances on the elders face as he observes the scene before him, "Good grief what is the matter with you boy? You look like you've seen a ghost." The boy closes his mouth then finds his voice and splutters, "Not a ghost, an alien." The ancient male laughs out loud and states, "You poor soul, that is no alien." a blank expression replaces the fear as the youngster looks closer at the beautiful creature swaying in front of him. "What on earth is it?" he manages to say. The elder shakes his head in disbelief as a look of sadness settles on his face and whispers, "It is a tree."
