As I opened my bedroom door one morning at 2 a.m. behold, an unusual man who was crouched in such a strategic position that I would see him face to face but I could see the ceiling of my home could not contain him if he stood up.  He smiled at me and seemed to be so filled with joy and anticipated my arrival.  I knew he was not of this world yet I did not tell him to leave, nor did I rebuke him or ask him where he came from instead walked straight past him and my spirit from within said, “You stay right there, I am going to seek the LORD!” Just this past week I was reminded of the man in an open vision.  Immediately the Word spoke about the fourth man in the fire with the three Hebrew boys, who dared to defy the king’s orders to bow down and worship his graven image.  These three young men faced death by fire; however they still refused to bow.  Let’s go to the book of Daniel 3:14-15, (14)”Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?” (15)”Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all the kinds of music, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?”  Perhaps where you are right now may seem like a fiery furnace experience.  Please do not despair or think it strange because it is vital for your (me too) growth and spiritual maturity in Christ.  Do you have unshakeable faith to stand in Christ against the powers that be? (16)”Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.”  (17)”If it be so our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand O king.” (18)”But if not, be it known unto thee, O king that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.”  Do you dare to stand against the fury of the powers that be when you stand in Christ?  For surely they will retaliate against your stand; let’s read about the fury of King Nebuchadnezzar’s anger against the three Hebrew boys from (19)”Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.  Therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.”  Be it known to you wherever you are on your journey each time you take your stand in Christ and speak out against evil and injustices, reinforcement will be issued against you.  (20)”And he commanded the most mighty men that were in the army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and cast them into the burning fiery furnace.” King Nebuchadnezzar took extreme measures because his wrath was kindled against these three men who refused to bow.  He was furious and gave a command to have the furnace heated seven times hotter, he wanted them to be killed instantly.  Little did the king know that Yahweh, the God who these Hebrews served is a consuming fire to the wicked.  (21)”Then these three men were bond in their coats, their hosen and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.”  Read this, (22)”Therefore because the king’s commandment was urgent, and the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.” During your fiery furnace experience there will be times when you will fall down and even get off the wheel and have a temper tantrum ranting and raving causing you to fall to the ground.  Do not stay there, cry out to Abba Father He will pick you up and impart to you His strength to withstand the fire, He will preserve your life.  At this very moment the fires maybe raging all around you yet Abba Father will not allow even a strand of your hair to be singed.  (23)”And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.”   Listen; do not try to escape your fiery furnace experiences because in it is Abba Father’s divine purpose and in each one of them He will demonstrate that it is His Power and protection which keeps and sustains you!

Pause now to refresh yourself as you take a look at your life and of how Yahweh has shifted your life and just maybe you are in a hard place; just as Abba Father admonished me to take a second look at the man in the open vision and in doing so I discovered after praying and seeking the LORD for hours the man remained in the same crouched position although morning had risen.  A bit puzzled I asked Abba Father about it.  He replied, “My daughter, it was Me there in the front of your door to meet you but you passed me by and went to seek for me.”  My response, absolutely blown away so to speak and replied, “Father, I am so sorry, to have missed You again, please forgive me in the name of Jesus.”  The Word spoke of Jesus’ journey on the road to Emmaus, a village near Jerusalem it was at this place Jesus communed with two of His disciples yet they did not see that it was Him.  Let’s pick up the conversation from the Epistle of Luke 24:13-20 (13)”And behold two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about three score furlong,” (14)”And they talked together of all these things which had happened.”  (15)”And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them,”  (16)”But their eyes were Holden that they should not know him,”  Then realization came  that my spirit within spoke unknowingly and gave a command which the man adhered to.  I am forever thankful to Yahweh for still displaying His love to me even in my ignorance and for speaking out of turn.  Is it possible though in your  (mine too) situation and even when the saints gather in Yahweh’s house, is it possible that you are seeking to hear a Word yet fail to recognize the Man, Jesus Christ and the Work of the Holy Spirit?  Remain Faithful and you will not only commune but you will see The Man Face to Face!  Come on give Him Praise.
