Is Laughter and Domestic Abuse does affect a child the most!
The sound of laughter from a child sure fills my heart with joy and is so uplifting as it chimes through the house and is truly divine.
Since these wonderful sounds of children playing happily were often heard throughout our home as sniffles and sadness were what I always heard and noticed.
Now that our once turned upside down life has finally seen the light that shines so brightly and the constant sounds of laughter fill the air without daily despair.
It is such a nice warm feeling to see my children’s constant frowns that turned completely around as I now hear their laughter ringing in my ear throughout each day as their daddy came home to stay.
The story is abuse and sadness is often true for far too many. I'm glad to see that this story turned around and smiles and laughter endure. Touching piece! ~Hugs, Elizabeth
Laura, I know all to well what abuse is from several angles. I know about being being abused as a child, I know what abuse is from being an adolescent, and Iknow what abuse is from being an adult. When children can laugh, play and be carefree, then that is the best times of a child's life. But when abuse happens, either to them or to someone they love, then that laughter is either gone forever or put on the back burner sometimes for years.
It is good that your children were able to laugh again as children. Thank you for sharing this.

Yes Regis as I sadly do know the opposite rather well and went through a harsh divorce having no other choice and my first marriage took a toll on this second life I tried to build as it honestly took ten years of many rough up and downs and we just recently took a chance after years of back and forth and then apart.
