RE:  Kwiese Davis, 

 

 

Two years ago… I reported to Tracy Smith, one of your employees, at DHS, in Hunstville, AL, I think her last name is Smith, that my daughter was abusing my grans son,  Kwiese Davis.   Tracy did a home assessment and reported  that Kwiese was fine and the grand father, who was visiting from Madison, MS,  also, said that the “child was not being abused.“  Yes, my daughter is on drugs and has been on drugs for almost all of her adult life.  

 

In October  1999, while working on a MA, at Columbia College, downtown, Chicago, I had to drive all the way from Chicago, and get my first two oldest grand children., a boy who was two and my grand daughter, who was six.   I brought them back to Chicago with me.  I have been raising my grand children for almost 17 years now, and I will gladly look after this one I am making this report for, Kwiese Davis.  His DOB is 01/14/2003.  She will not this brother  converse with that brother and the both have the same father and mother.   

 

On Saturday, I received a phone call here in Las Vegas.  The caller said to me, “joe ann KK  been asking where can she buy some crack.  She should be careful, because if she goes to Canton  asking for this  she just might get in trouble.”  Again, all of this information is coming to me. I am not searching for it.  The reason the info is coming to me, is because people, particularly relative, friends and those who know us as and what problems I’ve had and/or been through with KK.  

 

On Friday, August 16, 2013.  While out of the house…and email was sent to me from someone named Stacie Myers… She says I know her from when she and KK was a kids…. The emails confirms what, I asked Ms Tracy Smith, one of your employees,  to home check for back in the year of 2011.  After speaking with the child, he said no that he was not being abused, and the grand father, but in the summer of 2010, one of Kwiese aunts was on face book and she reported to Kwiesi, the grand son that lives with me, that KK, my daughter jumped on Kwiese and his father had to get him off her.  The little boy supposedly said, he didn’t like his mother… The auntie when on to say. “you all please help him.”  This is when I spoke with Tracy Smith, she was Kotaskkeia Undreena Davis’ case worker.  Her last name may not be correct, but her first name is Tracy.  

 

At this point I don’t know what to do.  It is my understanding that Kwiese is getting some type of assistant… If this is so, and it t has been proven that the more money, this means more drugs for my daughter to get high of.  Kwiese has not had a stable home in a while I am told.  She has had this child living with different people.  She is now in court for something.  I am trying to help save my child’s life and show my other grand son, Kwiese, that I love him enough to fight for him also…. Please won’t somebody help me in your office.  This is so serious!  

 

My daughter’s name is Kotaskkeia Undreena Davis, DOB 6/2/1970...

 

It is my understanding that she poured “hot peas” on her boyfriend sometime ago, so I am not sure if this is the reason she is  in court.  Either way, my grand has had enough of this abuse.

My name is Joe Ann Davis.  I received an email that has confirmed for sure that my grand son who is afraid to tell that he is being severely abused physically, and verbally, by his mother, who is my daughter, Kotaskkeia Undreena Davis, born June 2, 1970. My grand son's name is Kwiese Davis, born January 14, 2003 in Canton Mississippi. So I am reporting it to the HUNTSVILLE DHS office once again. In June of 2011, I reported abuse on this child.. The worker located them but because he is getting a check the grand father sided with my daughter and said that the child was not being abused.  Kwiese has been brain washed and is afraid to tell... I know this....But if he knows that his grandma, Joe Ann is coming to get him.  Just like I did his older sister Kalah Hamilton  and older brother, Kwiesi Davis in October 1999.  I have the necessary court papers and a photo on the day I came to get my daughter's two oldest children.  Kalah is in College at Savannah State University in Savannah, GA.  Kwiesi, who is a genius has a summer job working for the Las Vegas Water District.  My daughter is not stable enough to have this child.  He needs a stable home and/or environment... At this point he feels like no body loves him.  But I do.  I sacrificed my my life at the age of 45 to raised two grand children and I will do the same for Kwiese.  I have attached a copy of the email I received below:

but to hope that you can try to help her with her life. She has stolen

money from a couple she has been staying with over 2700 worth of money,

whoring around with any man that flashes a couple of dollars, buy drugs

such as meth/coke/mollies,stealing people tires  and personal belongings,and the way she treats her son with verbal and

physical abuse ......nobody should have to live like that, if this is the mother of kk please try to help your daughter or atleast the child and if this is not I'm sorry for wasting your time.                                   -Stacie 

 

Again, let the records show that I reported child abuse on my grandson by my daughter back in May or June of 2011.  I believe the young case worker who alleges a home visit name is Tracy Smith....I told her that my grand son being abused and she claims she visited but Kwiese said No he was not being abused.  The only reason he said NO is because he was and still is afraid of his mother, but if someone pulled him to the side and told him that his grandmother Joe Ann will be there to get him, and that he doesn't have to be afraid any longer of his mother....My grand son, kwiesi and I are an inter-generational, educational, motivational, and inspiring performing arts team.  Our earlier website is www.jad-productions.blogspot.  We have over 47 home made and professional videos on Youtube and you can view these if you go to Youtube and type in "thekwiesidavis."  You can even us on ipods, smartphones, and/or all mobiles phones who have these features.  

It is my assumption, that my daughter doesn't not have a proper place for she and my grand so to live, plus she is in trouble with the law once again.  This  is how I got the first two children and brought them back to Chicago with me in October 1999...Now that she is on drugs and  son she has now receives some type of assistance from the government, the more money she has, the more drugs she buys, leaving her with no money to provide a stable dwelling for her and Kwiese to live.   Yet, the child, my grand son should not have gone through this abuse so long.  I know that there are a lot of children out here who being abused by their parents, but if my daughter is selling her body, what will make me not think that she would not sell my grand son's body too. It does happen when the parent is on drugs and it has happened when the parent is on drugs.  I am told that almost three months ago, that my daughter poured "hot peas" on her boyfriend, I am not sure if this is what she is in court for, but if someone poured anything "hot" on me, I will press charges.  You see, I am not only helping my grandson by reporting this child abuse on my grand son "once again."  It has been two years and I am rite back where I started as a grand mother trying to help my grand son by showing him love and my daughter by getting her some help.....

 

Again, this my second time reporting to your office the  abuse on my grand son Kwiese Davis.... borne January 14, 2002.   I would like to bring him home with me just like I did his older two siblings back in October 1999 when my daughter was sentenced to prison....Thank you so very much and I will try to wait patiently for your reply on this serious child abuse matter...
