A seventeen year old girl finds that a bad situation gets worse.

Jen had spent a wonderful couple of hours with her boyfriend. It always made her laugh when he visited her on his way to a job and parked his lorry down her street.. Now it was time for Scott to leave, he had to get up north before it got to late  "I'll walk you up the road" Jen said wanting to grab every extra moment with him. "I need to get a few things from the shop anyway." "You got your keys" Scott asked. Jen patted the pocket of her jeans where she always had her keys. Yes they were there as usual. "Yep" she replied. Jen watched as Scott drove off.. As she walked to the shops in the pouring rain on a very cold and windy day she remembered how Scott had asked her if she wanted to try driving his lorry in his yard. The trust he had in her amazed her as she had only just turned 17 and had only had a few driving lessons. Being the sensible kind Jen had declined the offer. Scott was 13 years older than Jen.

Arriving back at her house where she lived with her dad and younger brother Jen put her hand in her pocket to fish out her keys eager to get out of the terrible weather. To her horror they were not there, she had been so sure she had them she hadn't really checked properly. Jen stood for a moment wondering what to do. There was no hidden spare key,and it was not the weather to sit in the garden for a few hours or to walk around town. Jen had never spoken to the next door neighbours much, they were an elderly couple in their 70's the same kind of age as her grandparents. They seemed nice people but Jen didn't really relish the thought of spending hours with them, however at least it would be warm and dry. Jen decided to knock on their door and see if they were in.

The eldely gentleman answered and Jen explained her pedicament. He said that his wife was out and he didn't have much for her to do but that Jen was welcome to come in and watch some TV or something. "Thank you" Jen said gratefully but inside feeling that this could be a long afternoon. The old guy got them a drink and then started talking to her. It soon became obvious that although they had been married many years this couples marraige was not in the best shape. Jen listened with a sympathetic ear, she was the caring sensitive type and the old guy seemed to appreciate a listening ear, not that Jen had much choice in the matter.

After they had been talking for some time the old guy said that he had to use the bathroom and disapeared upstairs, Jen felt slightly uneasy but welcomed the break from listening to all of the guy's problems. On returning from the bathroom the guy said "how would you like to go into Milton Keynes? (a very large indoor shopping centre) Thats a good idea thought Jen "thanks yes that be good" Jen replied. "It'll cost you a kiss though" the old man quipped. Jen was surprised at his comment but presumed he was just meaning a peck on the cheek as anything else was not thinkable. Jen froze as he came towards her, bracing herself for a kiss on the cheek, but the old guy went straight in for the full kiss, forcing his toungue in her mouth before she had time to react. Disgyusted and shocked Jen pushed him off and stood up not sure what had just happened or what to do next. "Its a long time since I kissed an eighteen year old" announced the old guy, seemingly rather proud of the fact. Jen wondered if he genuinally thought she was 18 or if he was just covering himself in case of any reprucussions.
