The reason I quit I had quit upon experience.

Continued from part one. It ruined my future relationships  where I was considered unsuitable . Many of times alcohol was more important to me than my own children . I would leave them home at night by themselves. What if something would have happened to them? I should have been nailed... Why did I quit drinking?.. Who wants to live with that? That guilt Those views aren't pretty now are they? My life with alcohol ended when I came down with an incurable illness (Bipolar 1) I stopped drinking in 2006 a year after I was diagnosed due to complications. I voluntary signed myself up for drug and alcohol assessment and it has changed my life forever. It takes a lot of you wanting to change yourself to be that better person, and to have faith . can you see now with those beer goggles. It took me a lot of balls to write this and tell you about that part of myself. I had asked God for forgiveness for leaving my children home alone during those alcohol dominating night' s. I am so grateful  to say that I had survived and not stuck in it's ugly clutches. I haven't hung one over in 7 years. I hope that I helped someone with my story./Rebecca...
