This is a recollection about my relationship with cigarettes and my struggle to quit.
I couldn't stand the smell or taste of them but the cravings came back eventually. The last time I smoked I had smoking related symptoms my family and fiancé were concerned for my health. I had no job and money was tight it got to be too costly. I made attempts to quit twice but failed the cravings were too strong. I refused to buy any products I tried the patch before and it made me itch. I had a coworker who bought one of those artificial cigarettes and he went back to smoking again. Watching them throw their butts out of a car window puffing exhaling then tossing it that use to be me. When I walk and look at the ground it is unsightly but I helped to make it that way. I believe that the world would be a better place if people didn't smoke and hopefully with Gods help we can change that. I turned to him and the ones who love me for support. you can do it.
