my life my story, my peace.
A journey of depression

I can start by saying that this walk has my feet aching, I have made some good descions and some bad ones, I should have crawled when I have walked,

My eyes have wept for my soul, and the tears should have graced my cheeks,

My soul has not spoken to me today, for this fools game have me confused, I speak of nothing but Sutton death the emotions that it’s games plays on you, like the reality an it’s out come,

I have approached depression asking it questions, an it just stares at me no words or spoken back, help me I plead, but still tears does not grace my cheeks, and alone I weep inside, not out,

My page in life has held me, as I am pushed in one direction, while my focus does not recognize me, the mirror and the person that stares back is unseen, as I am lost in it’s fiery,

Once I saw light, its rays against my skin, I felt its warmth, the burning sensation as I stayed in one place,

Whisper me my dreams I asked,

Tell me my secrets that have spoken and can not remember,

Give me days, for I will not count the seconds, that the minutes make, and not hope for the hours that comes from it,

Depression has spoken to me, asking me why not, as suicide breathes,

Between days night creeps in my soul, as the darkness reveals images that cross my path, an my walls in my room howl my name like the night wind I hear swaying the trees against my window pane, an my mind knows that its whispering my name,

Life I ask, and the wind does not answer me, why I say, and the shadows on the wall fade away, as they call me back into the shadow land, wanting me, pushing for the decision I have not made,

The tug a war for this soul has started, on the journey of depression’s eve,

Indulging thoughts, whisper’s, voice’s, and the act of knowing pledge me, as I can not form a sentence against it,

As I only ask, grace let me be,

For it does not answer me back,

This soul speaks,

And again where tears should be, where I should of crawled when I have walked, I realize that I was cared, by grace,

Depression is a frustrating and often disabling ailment. I have suffered from depression from time to time and what you wrote is an accurate description. The thing is that you can get over it and work your way back. I think that you meant cure instead of care but then care does mean cure.
