When the first spring flowers started to blossom, my kids and I used to dedicate one afternoon of the weekend to a family fieldtrip.

While I dressed the kids they would ask many questions about the trip.

'What kind of flowers will we see?' Noa asked.

'Can we pick up red poppies and take them home? ' Eden asked.

'Will there be bunnies and if there will be bunnies, can we pet them?' used to be another question of Noa's.

Both Eden and Noa were so excited that I could hardly dress them. While I was helping Noa put on her shirt, Eden used to put himself between the Noa's shirt and me so that it would ensure his answer. And of course when I wanted to help Eden put on his shoe, Noa would sit down on the floor, leaning her pretty head over Eden's shoe so I couldn't do anything else but answer her.

When I finally finished dressing the children I went to
prepare the picnick basket.  After my husband would put blankets and bottles of softdrink in the car, we would go off on the trip.

Generally, we just drove until the end of the city. There the kids would run, then stop next to a nice flower, or a beautiful bird.

Once my husband stumbled over a little rock while he was running after Eden. Suddenly a stream of water bubbled to the surface of the ground. Kids were looking at the water with astonishment. Dad was a miracle maker. He made water from a little rock.

The next day, I saw in the newspaper a little column:
The city's water pipe was broken, but council workers repaired it during the night.
