A Mother's Love is Forever

A Mother starts out at a young age usually. She carries her unborn child for nine long months, cherishing every moment. She has an ultrasound and cries as she hears the heartbeat so fast and strong. Imagine she has a little human being growing inside her. A little babe depending on her to survive until it's time to enter this big whole world. She looks at this precious life and breaks out in happy tears. This little child was part of her for so long and now she is holding her baby in her arms. She's in love as she sizes up those little fingers and tiny toes. Right away she wonders what will those little fingers be capable of doing one day. She prays that God above will watch over this precious life , to keep it happy and healthy for the rest of their life.
She arrives home with her husband and they share moments of happiness and joyful tears. They promise to always love and protect this new born child. They will care for this little life because this child is more precious then anything in their lives.
The years gone by and the child is now starting school. Again mom cries because her baby isn't a baby anymore. She realizes she's lost her baby. Soon he/she are asking for play dates with their new friends. Everyday she sees so many changes, how do time fly by so quickly. He/she is getting bigger and older. Now they are in grade five, just like a young adult. No longer needs help with their homework or getting ready for a bath or even getting ready for bed but still not too old for goodnight kisses and hugs.
They watch and grade nine prom is approaching. They picked out their special clothes as their date arrives, of course mom.has her camera all ready to make those precious memories. Again mom sheds tears her child now is almost grown up and she hates for that day to come. Her and dad has loved and cared for this child for the past fourteen years and life has been going way too fast. They have showered their child with all the love within their hearts. The worry about the day when their child thinks they are old enough to do for themselves, when they no longer need mom and dad to watch over them.
Well the day is here , already seventeen and the last year of school. They can't wait for graduation day and already have plans to move away to go to university. Mom's not ready for this. She doesn't know how she'll get through this, the thoughts of their grown child now an adult leaving home. Getting jobs to help support themselves as they continue with their studies to make something of their future. They want to show and prove to mom and dad that they are responsible adults because of how they were raised through the years. It is time they let mom and dad know just how much they love them and knows how much they were always loved. Yes you know it, mom is in tears as they hug good bye and promise to always keep in touch with phone calls and pictures.
Time goes by faster than ever,as you get older that seems to happen. It doesn't seem right but it happens. Now they've finished 3 years of university, they have that good paying job they've hoped for and it's time for mom and dad to meet the love of their life. They break the news that they plan to marry within the next year and a half. Mom is happy but now she's lost her baby to another but she will always love him/her until her last breath. Dad tries to be the strong one but as he hugs his child, tears form in his eyes as he reminds his child how much they always loved and always will forever no matter how old they are. He wishes them all the happiness in the world and prays they will always share as much love for each other as their mom and dad have over the years.
The wedding day approaches. A big celebration with all the ribbons and bows, nothing left out. Both sets of parents are included on this very special day. Neither of them fully prepared for how the years passed. They have a beautiful home bought close to both of their parents. Always wanting to be close and sharing their lives with the ones who loved and cared for them the most.
A year later they announce there's going to be a new member joining the family. Oh yes here comes the tears again.so much excitement a grandchild to start the beginning of a new life as mom remembers the day she held her baby in her arms for the first time. How mom and dad promised to always love and protect their bundle of joy.
The day comes and it's time for the baby to enter the world with so many waiting to share it with love. Yes more tears of happiness. They promise to help with their newborn whenever they are needed knowing they will love and cherish their grandchild through the years, watching the child grow as they watched their own little one.
A Mother's Love is Forever, never faultering for a moment. Until their last breath they'll continue to love unconditionally with all their heart and soul. They know the day will come when they'll no longer be there for them but vows to love and watch over them from beyond. A Mother's Love is Forever.
